Using Principiamo

These terms are an agreement between you and Astrasum, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("we") about using Principiamo. By creating an account you accept them.
What Principiamo is
Principiamo is a reflective experience. You live a moment through a thought and choose whether to recognise it or try another. Only you decide what to recognise, try, keep or choose as a principle. AI helps give personal moments form. Its scenes are imagined representations, and its suggested thoughts are proposals, not facts about you. It can misunderstand you or get words and pictures wrong.
What it is not
Principiamo is not therapy, medical care, counselling or advice, and it is not an emergency service. If your words suggest a risk of harm, it pauses and points you to human support. That check can make mistakes. If you or anyone else is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services.
Your account
You must be 18 or over. Keep access to your email secure, since sign-in codes are sent there. One person per account.
Price and subscription
- The offered collection is free, with one free personal moment per account.
- A subscription costs US$12 a month or US$96 a year, plus any tax shown at checkout, and renews automatically until you cancel.
- It includes one new personal moment a day, resetting at midnight UTC. Further steps and edits within a moment are included. Follow-up questions and failed generation do not count.
- Cancel any time through Manage subscription in My account. You keep subscription access until the end of the period you have paid for. Deleting your account ends access and cancels without waiting for that period to end. If work is finishing or a provider is unavailable, cancellation and deletion retry automatically.
- We do not refund partial periods, except where the law gives you a right to one.
- If we change the price, we will email you at least 30 days before it applies to your next renewal, and you can cancel first.
Availability
We work to keep Principiamo available, but AI writing and painting may pause if a provider is unavailable or your account's monthly AI allowance or the service's daily spending limit is reached. Your saved moments and the collection stay available. We may improve or change features over time.
What you bring
Your moments remain yours. You let us process them only to provide the service to you. Share only what you have the right to share, and take care with other people's identifying details. Do not use Principiamo to harm others, to break the law, or to interfere with the service.
If you separately choose to share optional counts or feedback, you allow us to use those submissions to improve the experience as explained on the privacy page. This permission does not extend to your saved private moments.
What we provide
Astrasum, Inc. provides the Principiamo software and collection. You may use the offered writing and paintings for your own reflection. Your personal words remain yours; we claim no ownership of them.
Ending
You can close your account at any time from My account. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, and we will tell you why unless the law prevents it.
Responsibility
Principiamo is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under the law where you live that cannot be limited.
Law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without affecting mandatory consumer protections where you live. If we change them in a way that matters, we will email you before the change applies. The privacy page explains how your information is handled.
