How agent use works
Agent use depends on the work rather than a fixed number of messages. It refreshes monthly and does not roll over. There are no overage charges.
Yearly means ten months’ price
A yearly plan is paid once. It still supplies twelve monthly agent-use windows rather than placing the whole year’s use in the first month.
Your record remains yours to manage
If payment lapses or agent use is exhausted, new agent work pauses. Reading, available reflection, export, sharing controls, and deletion remain available.
Cancel or delete
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid term. Deleting an account during a yearly term includes the documented refund of unused prepaid time.
