A clear agreement for using Principiamo.

Who may use Principiamo

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement. Provide accurate account information, protect your password, and tell contact@astrasum.com if you believe someone has used your account without permission. Submit only material that you own or are authorised to use.

What Principiamo does

Principiamo helps you carry chosen principles into work, observe the result, and reflect on what it reveals. It prepares text inside the product. It does not send messages, submit forms, make purchases, contact people, or take actions outside Principiamo. You retain every external decision and action.

The service may change as it develops. Astrasum does not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability, but service changes do not rewrite your stored history.

Your material and returned work

You keep any rights you have in material you submit. You give Astrasum limited permission to store, reproduce, transmit, and process it only as needed to operate, secure, and support Principiamo, administer your account and subscription, and meet legal obligations. That permission lasts only while the information is retained for those purposes under the Privacy Notice.

Astrasum does not claim ownership of material you submit or text returned to your account. Astrasum owns Principiamo’s software, design, brand, and other service materials. AI output may not be unique, accurate, complete, or free of third-party claims; review it before relying on or using it.

Sharing a work

Work is private by default. If you create a sharing link, anyone with the link can read and copy the fixed version shown when you shared it. Later additions remain private unless you deliberately replace the shared version. You are responsible for having the right to share its contents. You may stop sharing, but this cannot recall copies already made by a recipient.

Responsible use

Do not use Principiamo to break the law, violate another person’s rights, submit material without authority, access another person’s account or history, evade service or free-experience limits, probe or disrupt the service, distribute malicious code, or misrepresent your authority.

Astrasum may revoke sessions or pause new agent work or checkout when reasonably needed to protect an account or the service, address suspected abuse or a payment problem, or meet a legal obligation. Astrasum cannot use these controls to edit your private product history or decide on your behalf.

Astrasum may suspend or terminate an account for a material or repeated breach of these terms, non-payment, a serious threat to the service or another person, or a legal requirement. Where practical, Astrasum will give notice and a reasonable opportunity to correct the problem or export your history first.

AI limitations

Agent work can be wrong or unsuitable. Principiamo is not medical, legal, financial, mental-health, or emergency advice. Use a qualified professional when appropriate and contact the relevant emergency service in an emergency. You remain responsible for deciding whether and how to use a result.

Free experience, paid plans, and monthly agent use

One verified Astrasum identity may claim one included experience covering one piece of work and its reflection. Changing its sign-in email—or deleting and recreating the account under any verified email previously linked to it—does not create another included experience.

Prices are in US dollars and exclude applicable tax: Light costs US$20 monthly or US$200 yearly; Power costs US$100 monthly or US$1,000 yearly and provides five times Light’s monthly agent use. Both plans include the same functions. Agent use depends on model resources, so it is not a fixed number of steps.

A subscription renews automatically on its monthly or yearly schedule until you cancel. Yearly plans are charged in advance and provide twelve monthly agent-use periods. Included agent use refreshes monthly, does not roll over or transfer, and has no cash value. Principiamo makes no automatic overage charges. Your tier and billing interval stay fixed during the paid term. Stripe handles billing details, tax, invoices, and cancellation.

Cancellation, refunds, and account deletion

You may cancel through Stripe’s billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid term. Except where law requires otherwise or the yearly account-deletion rule below applies, paid charges are not refundable. Monthly account deletion has no Principiamo proration.

If you delete your account during a yearly term, Principiamo shows the eligible time-based refund for unused prepaid time before confirmation. It then cancels further collection, resolves any outstanding yearly invoice, verifies the refund through Stripe to the original payment method, removes the Stripe customer, and deletes the live account and history. If the amount changes or Stripe cannot confirm a required step, deletion stops for review. A cancellation or refund step may already have completed before a later step stops. Nothing here removes rights given by law.

Access after payment or monthly agent use ends

If payment fails, a subscription ends, or the month’s included agent use is used, new agent work pauses. You can still read existing work, use reflection that needs no agent response, manage billing, export your product history, or delete your account.

Disclaimer and responsibility

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Principiamo is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that its output, availability, or fitness will meet your needs. Where law permits, Astrasum is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of Principiamo. Nothing excludes responsibility that law does not allow Astrasum to exclude.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Astrasum’s total responsibility for all claims relating to Principiamo is limited to the greater of US$100 or the amount you paid for Principiamo during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

General terms and contact

Astrasum may update these terms by publishing a revised version with an updated date above. Changes do not retroactively alter charges already paid. If you do not accept revised terms, stop using Principiamo and cancel or delete your account.

These terms and the Privacy Notice are the agreement between you and Astrasum about Principiamo. If one provision cannot be enforced, the rest remain in effect. A delay in enforcing a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer this agreement without Astrasum’s consent; Astrasum may transfer it with the business or service.

These terms and any dispute are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where Astrasum, Inc. has its principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise. Courts with lawful jurisdiction over that principal place of business may hear disputes unless mandatory law lets you bring a claim elsewhere.
